You weren't kidding. It's pretty goofy :) It feels nice and loose with a lot of overlaps going on. Everything looks like it's easing in and out as it should. Yay :)
The thing that stood out to me the most was the broken legs where the knee was pointing in one direction and the foot in another.. Also, I know you intended it to be very goofy with a lot of very big movements, but for my taste anyway, I feel like it should just be toned down a little.
Also, I'm not really sure how walk cycles like this would really work, but in the contact pose, maybe try to straighten the legs more.
I see what you mean. The foot breaking was a little intentional for the follow through. i'll fix it.... other than that i did try to straighten his legs but that made him look way too bouncy..
It looks like you had alot of fun doing this but I agree its hard to see how this would work. The legs dont seem to keep up with the hips or vice verse. It looks like the hips are keeping a steady pace while the feet have to work to keep up. Maybe if the timing of the hips were a bit slower so you have more time for the legs to go from behind to forward it would look a little smother.
